We will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications. Each & every bundle is thoroughly inspected by a certified licensed LG Hairstylist. Being that our hair is 100% virgin
human hair and each piece comes from separate donor we cannot guarantee hair color or texture. Our natural hair comes in straight, curly, and wavy pattern, and the color will range between colors 1b, 2, and 4. There are some cases we may have natural lighter pieces that are available upon request but not guaranteed. Please note, refunds and/or exchange WILL NOT be
given for dissatisfaction with texture or color.

REPLACEMENTS
We take great pride in the quality of our product and it is 100% guaranteed. If you have received any item that is incorrect, you must contact us within (3) business days. No refunds will be allowed, but orders can be cancelled with 24 hour notification for a full refund. If an incorrect item was sent to you we will send you a return label for the merchandise you received. Once we have received it back we will send a replacement.
